- Marketing automation- One who understands & has experience around marketing automation. Understanding of in-app events , user personal, funnel conversions , analyse trends and develop strategies for growth.
- Develop and execute strategy: Create and optimise retention strategies through A/ B testing approach and finding improvement areas. Increase both new and repeat sales through re-engagement strategies. Develop goals, strategy, metrics, and execution plans to bring retention at the core of marketing drivers.
- Analyzing data: Using data to understand customer behavior and funnel dropoffs
- Building campaigns: Developing and delivering campaigns to improve funnel conversion rates, reactivate, and increase customer lifetime value
- Monitoring performance: Closely monitoring campaign performance and reporting on results with automated dashboards. Good with SQL and data visualisation.
